BA4 Assets is a key extension module for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It unifies essential long‑term asset management processes and supports the entire asset lifecycle. How can it help you?

A single view gives you an overview of each asset item as required. BA4 Assets automates the creation of the tax depreciation ledger and enables quick put‑into‑service or disposal.

You will also benefit from asset templates for quick, error‑free asset card creation, with pre‑filled parameters for recurring asset types.

Additionally, you have access to ready‑made print reports, including asset cards, asset status as of a selected date, depreciation comparisons, allocation/disposal protocols, and other materials for controlling and auditing.

Long‑Term Asset Inventory with BA4 FA Inventory

A useful extension for a clear and simple asset inventory. BA4 enables work in a mobile client using barcodes and QR codes for fast physical inventory, even in the field.
It helps you create transfers directly on asset cards and generates a transfer journal based on results (e.g., when changing location or responsible person). It provides outputs for inventory evaluation.

Work Equipment with BA4 Work Equipment

The BA4 Work Equipment application adds functionality to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for registering employee‑assigned equipment.
It enables easy assignment by job function, links equipment with goods and asset records, and provides a better overview of equipment movements.
A dedicated role center is available. Lending or returning equipment is processed through the Work Equipment Journal according to job‑function entitlement, including tracking replacement frequency. Summary reports are available.

Operational Records of Minor Assets with BA4 Equipment Register

The BA4 Equipment Register extension allows you to manage multiple items of minor assets on a single card and to record receipts and issues, including transfers between locations or employees. Print reports for card or operational‑record data are included.
This enables management of minor items without spreadsheets, clear responsibility for each piece, rapid transfers and easily posted movements.
