The Dynamics 365 Leaders’ Meeting Further Strengthened the Partnership Strategy for International Projects

This year’s annual conference of senior representatives from the Microsoft Dynamics Pact partner community took place in March and was significantly influenced by the geopolitical situation. Both organisers and participants had to respond to a rapid change of venue, with the event moving from the originally planned Abu Dhabi to Marbella, Spain.

The successfully managed reorganisation became, symbolically, a practical demonstration of how the Dynamics Pact network operates. Strategic collaboration and adaptability remain key prerequisites for the success of global Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.

Representing Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech, the conference was traditionally attended by Dušan Taraba, Director of Implementations and Support, and Viktor Blažek, Director of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Implementations. Both play a key role in the long‑term development of this important partnership.

The Future of Dynamics 365 from Microsoft’s Perspective and the Role of AI in Technology and Project Practice

The CEO Conference programme was opened by Michael Blatherwick, CEO of Dynamics Pact. Over time, the agenda has deliberately shifted from purely technological topics towards strategic questions around partnership development in an era of rapid change. Participants were encouraged to engage in open discussion and cooperation, introduce their organisations, and share experiences, plans, and priorities.

A key highlight of the programme was the contribution from Sameer Verma, Vice President and Chief Product Officer for Microsoft Dynamics 365. His presentation outlined Microsoft’s vision and roadmap for the Dynamics 365 platform and concluded with an engaging discussion.

Michael Blatherwick and Keith Dunkinson, Chief Operating Officer, then presented the findings of the AI & Business Health Survey. The discussion focused on the role of AI and its impact on partners’ business models, changing customer expectations, and the strategic priorities required to remain competitive.

The afternoon sessions centred on partners’ practical experience. Topics included the evolution of the Microsoft Partner Programme, licensing models, and their impact on partner collaboration. Real‑world experience with the adoption of AI agents was shared, along with recommendations on how to articulate the value of solutions already delivered to customers.

A particularly strong element of the programme was the demonstration of AI automation using Microsoft Copilot, alongside real examples of innovation across the partner network. The day concluded with Cegeka presenting its journey towards achieving the prestigious Microsoft Global Partner of the Year 2026 award.
