- Clear role center with quick access to functionalities that are adapted to the daily requirements of work equipment warehouse staff

Record of job roles
- Setting the entitlement of employees to specific work equipment according to their job role
- Option to determine the frequency of equipment replacement
Work equipment journal
- Option to automatically propose journal lines for posting the assignment, reassignment and return of work equipment
- The work equipment journal can also be used for entering the initial state of assigned work equipment to employees or for correcting incorrectly assigned equipment

Examples of improvements when working with BA4 Work Equipment
Return of work equipment
When terminating a contract, an employee must return all work equipment that was assigned to them. The process of returning work equipment could be as follows:
- You can generate the Employee Work Equipment report to inform the employee in advance what should be returned
- After the employee returns all work equipment, you run the function Return/Reassignment of Work Equipment in the work equipment journal to propose the employee’s work equipment for return
- You post the work equipment journal. The system creates work equipment entries and, in the case of returning reusable work equipment, the corresponding quantity is also added back to stock
Employee entitlement to work equipment
If a new rule is introduced in the company that for the job role of manager mobile phones should be replaced once a year instead of two years, you simply change it on the job role card in the Frequency field. Subsequently, you can monitor the employee’s entitlement to work equipment using the Work Equipment Entitlement report, which based on the settings on the job role card displays all equipment that currently belongs to the employee.
