Power Platform
A low-code/no-code platform that enables any reasonably skilled user to build their own application, process automation, or even a chatbot. All within an intuitive environment, without programming knowledge or complex technologies, and with connectors to hundreds of other systems. Microsoft Power Platform consists of four modules and leverages a unified data model and Microsoft Dataverse storage services. Why should you use it, what can you build with it, and what advantages will it bring?
Microsoft Power Apps
Application development
A module for rapid development of business applications using little or no code. The goal of Power Apps is to quickly and easily create tools that help digitalise, unify, and automate everyday business processes.
These applications can be based on a wide range of data sources – from Microsoft Dataverse (formerly CDS) and SQL databases to, in very specific cases, Excel or SharePoint lists. The result is modern cloud-based applications that can be launched from a web interface across a full spectrum of devices.
Power Automate
Workflow automation
Enables process automation and the creation of business logic. Thanks to data connectors, it can also handle simpler data integration scenarios. These connectors allow you to orchestrate a wide range of services and data sources into one fully automated process.
The creation of individual flows takes place in an intuitive designer accessible via a web browser. Each flow consists of a single trigger and a series of actions that perform the required tasks.
Power BI
Business analytics
Used to visualise your business data from various sources. It enables you to create comprehensive reports that allow you to make truly informed management decisions. Power BI also lets you monitor data generated by different devices, such as production machines, in real time.
Copilot Studio
Your AI Agents, Your Way
Create your own AI agents to simplify and automate tasks wherever you need them – for example, to make sales more efficient, improve customer service, or support internal HR processes.
Microsoft Copilot Studio enables you to easily build powerful conversational agents and chatbots in an intuitive graphical environment. Its goal is to help accelerate business growth, enhance customer experience, and streamline internal operations.
You don’t need any knowledge of programming, data science, or development. The platform is built on Azure technologies and uses cutting-edge generative AI. By integrating advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, it offers a flexible and dynamic environment that supports connections to Microsoft 365, your own APIs, and external systems.

HACKATHON
The term “hackathon” combines the words “hack” and “marathon”. “Hack” refers to exploring the limits or possibilities of programmable systems, while “marathon” expresses a long, endurance-based activity. The main purpose of a hackathon (sometimes called a codefest) is to find innovative solutions and new perspectives. In practice, this means a group of people comes together for a set period, working intensively on a shared project.
Essentially, it’s a mental marathon that often results in creative ideas and their implementation. A hackathon isn’t just about programming – alongside developers, designers, analysts, and project managers also take part, bringing fresh perspectives. This combination of technical and non-technical skills can lead to unique and innovative products.
