We will then create a comprehensive project strategy and implementation plan. The plan covers the impact on the current organization, the effort required and the estimated costs. That allows you to directly start the implementation with maximum confidence.

Basic training for any salesperson, assistant, marketing person or care agent that will be required to work with the system. The training focuses on core principles, entities and functionalities of the application. One training unit consists of 7 hours (2x 3 ½ hour sessions). You can choose a remote (via Microsoft Teams) or on-site delivery. We recommend no more than 10 participants per training unit.
We will be there in person to help your users during the first few days of system usage to allow for a smooth onset of the new system and help solving any challenges your end users may have (usually in 1:1 format with our consultants). The session has proven to be a key factor in quick adoption of the system and helps you to fully benefit from its capabilities as soon as possible.
