Managing a fleet of dozens—or even hundreds—of vehicles involves far more than GPS tracking. Truly effective fleet management requires a detailed overview of vehicle condition, associated costs, scheduled maintenance, and seamless integration with other internal systems. With these goals in mind, Brinks Czech Republic embarked on a digital transformation of its 300+ vehicle fleet.
How did the transformation unfold? Find out in the case study Fleetman at Brinks.
Watch the video where Brinks’ Fleet Manager, Matyáš Binter, shares his experience with implementing Fleetman and highlights its key benefits. The video also features expert insights from Roman Berger and Filip Tuka of the product and implementation team at Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech.

From spreadsheets to smart fleet management
Brinks Czech Republic is a market leader in cash transport, ATM management, and processing, operating a fleet of more than 300 vehicles.
Previously, the fleet was managed using GPS movement data and a range of disconnected Excel spreadsheets. The aim was to centralize this fragmented data to enable simple and efficient oversight of all operational aspects of each vehicle.
The Fleetman application, built on Microsoft Power Platform, consolidated all fleet data into one centralised system. What was once scattered across various Excel files is now available in a single platform, providing tools for predictive reporting, cost tracking down to the individual vehicle, and automated alerts for upcoming service dates or contract expirations.
“Regular reports used to take us half a day. Now we have an overview at a single click—anytime.”
Matyáš Binter, ATM & Digital Retail Solutions Manager, Brinks
Designed for more than just data centralisation, Fleetman also allows for easy integration with existing Brinks systems—such as GPS tracking, service provider platforms, and fuel card data imports. A key advantage is its flexibility: thanks to its low-code architecture, the application can be easily adapted to evolving business needs.
Complete oversight across seven branches
With Fleetman in place, Brinks now has a comprehensive overview of its entire fleet across seven branches. The company has mitigated risks associated with missed servicing, exceeding mileage limits, or incomplete data records.
The system enables a data-driven approach to cost management, vehicle utilisation, and predictive maintenance, while significantly reducing the time needed to generate reports.
