European Rethink IT Award 2022
European DX Summit – Konica Minolta’s internal conference focused on IT services and applications. It took place on 14-15 September 2022 in the beautiful SmetanaQ space in Prague. Colleagues from the Czech Republic attended live. But online we had around 450 participants connected. During the two days there were 11 presenters from all over the world. They presented either live from Prague or from the studio in Paris, or via the Teams app.
What was the main topic?
Many companies struggle with internal alignment and information sharing. Adopting a different mindset tends to be a major obstacle to any change initiative. How do you go about digital transformation within a company? And how to help customers with it? That’s why we organized the DX Summit. An internal event created by a small group working from within a huge corporation to drive change.
The market is constantly evolving and the demand for IT services is growing. Our Konica Minolta Group is no longer just a company selling hardware (printers and multifunction devices for printing in companies) and associated services. We are moving significantly beyond that. We have a strategy to accelerate the development of IT solutions within the Group, and in particular to deliver these services to our customers. Our DX team is driving this change. Both internally and by developing a new portfolio of offerings and shaping the way we deliver to our customers.
Awards of the expert jury
At the end of the conference, awards were presented to the individual countries or local Konica Minolta branches. The competition was held in several categories.
Our company Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech succeeded twice! First, it won the “Resiliency & Adaptability Artists” award for its innovative approach to marketing activities during the covid.
The second prize awarded by the expert committee was the main prize “European Rethink IT Award 2022“. The award was received by Sales and Marketing Director Pavel Vaněk. In his thanksgiving speech he emphasized that this is an award for all our colleagues for their efforts, professionalism and pro-customer approach. At the same time, this award makes us make an even greater effort to develop our customer service, responsibility and professionalism.
