In 2015, as part of the acquisition, the former Webcom was integrated into the Konica Minolta Group. The company changed its name to Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech at the beginning of 2019 as part of the completion of the acquisition process.
Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech continues to be an independent market entity operating under its own brand. It provides its customers with comprehensive services in the area of IT technology and, thanks to the background of the Konica Minolta Group, can also offer unified solutions expanded to include Konica Minolta products to companies both inside and outside the Czech Republic.
We focus on the implementation and supply of corporate information systems (ERP or CRM) based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (formerly known as Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM). At the same time, we also develop our own solutions (for example, Automotive CRM or Fleetman for company fleet management) or supply software tailor made to our clients’ needs.
The subsequent care for our customers and the provision of solutions to their servicing requirements is a matter of course for us thanks to our independent support department. We are also able to offer our clients assistance in the form of consultancy when selecting suitable applications to manage individual company processes, in the area of security or when selecting a technological strategy.
