Care and support are among the key areas of our service department, which is one of the largest in the Czech Republic and has more than 30 people. We offer support in the form of an online helpdesk, which allows customers to have an overview of the status of the solution to their request, the definition of clear Service Level Agreements, hotlines, etc.
Employees of the service team provide their services to clients both remotely and at the headquarters of their companies. We focus on comprehensive services, which include, for example: independent analysis of the state of the company, training and consulting activities, system integration or arranging audits. We strive for fast, effective and comprehensive support and care.
